Delivery status from 3PL (third-party logistics)¶

You will be able to check the delivery status from 3PL on Portal.

1.Go to "Logistic":

2.Orders:

3.Search the order by selecting the Store/email/order#:

4.The delivery status can be found in the green area.

Do NOT click the buttons on the right, or you will get in trouble!
