Aftership Operation - Check Basecamp for updates¶

Currently, we only use Aftership (to generate return labels) for orders that are in the US & Within Warranty & from Shopify.

Creating a Return¶

Getting the Return Label¶

Method#1:

Click "Get return label", the label will be downloaded on your computer.

Attach the label to the email and send it to the customer.

*Ensure modify the content accordingly
