Change Email & Resend Confirmation Letter¶
- Login to Shopify
- Search for orders using order number, customer’s email, or customer’s name.
- After you find the correct order, hit the 3 dots in the Customer section (right hand side) and find ‘Edit contact information’.
- Put in the new email address and hit Save.
- Once the email is updated, go down to the order Timeline and find the ‘Resend email’ option. Hit the button and confirm to resend the confirmation email.
