Change Email & Resend Confirmation Letter

  1. Login to Shopify
  2. Search for orders using order number, customer’s email, or customer’s name.
  3. After you find the correct order, hit the 3 dots in the Customer section (right hand side) and find ‘Edit contact information’.
  4. Put in the new email address and hit Save.
  5. Once the email is updated, go down to the order Timeline and find the ‘Resend email’ option. Hit the button and confirm to resend the confirmation email.
  6. Sample reply:
