Warranty Scope

  • Spark 40: Amp body only (speaker box & control panel) 

  • Spark MINI: Amp body only (speaker box & control panel & battery)

  • Spark Control & RIFF: Main product only

  • Warranty does not cover: PSU (original one), handle strap, USB cable, amp grille, gig bag

  • Second-hand: User needs to provide the original order number in order to have the warranted (RMA) service (otherwise it’s considered out-of-warranty; OOW)
