Can't save video recording in the Spark app (Android Only)¶

Symptom: The photo permission is denied when attempting to save video recordings in the Spark app.

Reason: Android 13 or above doesn't offer the photo permission option, causing the video to be saved incorrectly.

Workaround: N/A
