Spark not recognized by the computer

  • Windows:

    • Uninstall the original audio driver Spark (if already installed).
    • Reboot the computer and reinstall Spark’s audio driver (link in Help Center).
    • Once the driver is installed, reconnect Spark to the computer.
    • If the issue persists, change a USB cable or USB port. Do not use a USB hub.
  • Mac:

    • Change a USB cable or USB port. Do not use a USB hub or adapter unless necessary.
    • Find and open “Audio MIDI Setup” and see if Spark is found when connected.
