Spark not recognized by the computer¶

Windows:
- Uninstall the original audio driver Spark (if already installed).
- Reboot the computer and reinstall Spark’s audio driver (link in Help Center).
- Once the driver is installed, reconnect Spark to the computer.
- If the issue persists, change a USB cable or USB port. Do not use a USB hub.

Mac:
- Change a USB cable or USB port. Do not use a USB hub or adapter unless necessary.
- Find and open “Audio MIDI Setup” and see if Spark is found when connected.
