Mobile Apps crashes or freezes troubleshooting¶

If the user is experiencing crash/freeze issue with our mobile apps, please verify the following info: - App version (make sure it's up-to-date) - storage check 也可以加入 類似 app version check, OS version check 的 script for app crash at the beginning 的 case

Verify the device model, system version, Spark app version.  - Verify the steps to reproduce the issue (if it only crash with certain actions)
